A full business operating system for small businesses — one backend, five surfaces, four live deployments. Customer website, 18-section admin dashboard, iOS employee scheduling app, iOS POS, and iOS customer app. Onboarding a new client is one database row and a frontend deploy.

Native iPad point-of-sale on Stripe Terminal. Every in-person sale lands in the same orders table as web and app orders — unified inventory, unified reporting, no separate system.
KnotEmployee
The workforce management layer of the Knot Platform — a dual-surface iOS app for managers and employees. Drag-and-drop scheduling, live clock-in status via Supabase Realtime, shift swaps, time-off requests, and APNs push notifications delivered via Deno Edge Function.

A full-stack booking platform for solo wellness practitioners. Service discovery, appointment scheduling, Stripe payments, and self-serve cancellation with automatic refunds — replacing a $100–200/month Mindbody subscription with owned infrastructure.

A 14-page custom marketing and booking site for a luxury hair salon — hand-written HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with no framework and no recurring cost. 100 Lighthouse. A direct alternative to Squarespace the owner fully controls.
The Sports Bar Co.
A reservations and events platform for sports bars — table booking, a live event calendar, and party inquiry routing. Replaced phone reservations and temporary social media event posts with Supabase-backed infrastructure and zero recurring software cost.
