Overview
A reservations and events platform for sports bars — table booking, a live event calendar, and party inquiry routing. A direct alternative to Toast for owners who want a custom web presence without the monthly fee or platform lock-in.
The Problem
Sports bars rely on events to drive traffic but manage reservations by phone and promote events through social posts that disappear after 48 hours. Platforms like Toast and OpenTable charge substantial monthly fees without offering the event-focused features a sports bar actually needs.
What We Built
Table Reservations
Booking form connected to Supabase with automatic email confirmation via Resend. Reservations land in the admin panel immediately.
Event Calendar
Database-driven event listings the owner manages from the admin panel. No social media post required — events live on the site permanently.
Party Inquiries
Lead capture form for private events and large party bookings, routed directly to the owner's inbox. No middleman, no platform fee.
Admin Dashboard
Owner manages upcoming reservations, event listings, and party inquiry submissions without touching code. All updates reflect live on the site.
No-Commission Model
Every reservation goes directly to the owner. No per-booking fee, no revenue share, no platform take on large party events.
Owned Infrastructure
Deployed on Vercel. The owner controls the domain, the data, and the design — no dependency on a third-party platform to stay online.

Outcome
An integrated platform that replaced phone reservations and temporary social media event posts with owned, database-backed infrastructure. Part of the CH Studios Small Business Platform Suite — the same Supabase-backed architecture powers every Knot Platform client.
